ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Wayne M Hubert was born in South Africa, attended the University of Cape Town to earn his Chemical Engineering degree.  After graduation, he spent two years in southern Florida on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Following this, he married the love of his life, Yvonne Farnsworth and earned an MBA at Brigham Young University.

An explorer by heart, Wayne has learned things line by line, often the hard way.  In the minerals industry, his company was responsible for discovering precious ore deposits in the Andean mountain range.

He equally loves being in the mountains backcountry snowmobiling, snowboarding or mountain biking or being in the ocean surfing with his four children (and soon with the grand children).
